Visa has paired with Capcom to present the Street Fighter 4 Pre-paid Credit Card. Also available in other designs, such as Resident Evil 5, this card seemingly hopes to prey on uninformed consumers. The rates are some of the worst I've ever seen. Purchase fees, monthly fees, reload fees, transaction fees--you name it! All for the privilege of flashing a credit card with your favorite game character on it. Woo-hoo.
