I happened to get a letter from Chase Bank in the mail recently regarding my Chase Freedom^SM credit card. It seems that all Chase checking customers that also have a Chase Freedom^SM card are having their accounts automatically upgraded. Instead of getting 3% cash back in the top three spending categories, all checking account holders will now receive 3% back in the top FIVE categories. Not a bad deal!
