If you haven't heard about it yet, there is a new application about to debut that keeps track of all of your credit card balances and APR information. RateSurfer.com will be going live in a few weeks, but it is already available to download as a demo now (sorry Mac users, you'll have to wait a bit longer for the MacOS version to arrive). 

There's not a whole lot of information available about the product yet, but it is a stand-alone program that promises to:
 

• Allow for instant balance transfers at the push of a button. 
• Allow for easy increases in your credit line, a la above.
• Prevent unnecessary charges with e-mail alerts.
• Provide debt-management tools.
• Help improve your credit score (by providing one place to manage all of your accounts).
• Be 100% secure.

 
As the product hasn't been officially released yet, I still can't "officially" comment of this software, but it is something to keep an eye on. And as for the price…no info could be found on the site. Maybe after launch.
