To go along with my previous post about our new 0% APR Offers section I have compiled the following list of the best of the best offerings. Included are: the best balance transfer credit card, the best 0% APR for purchases credit card, and the best credit card that has both 0% APR for purchases and balance transfers. For those of you stuck on deciding which card on the 0% APR list is right for you read on to make the choice a lot simpler.
The Best Credit Card For Balance Transfers:
Advanta Platinum Business MasterCard
Overview: The Advanta Platinum Business MasterCard with Rewards provides you with 15 months of 0% APR balance transfer as well as a cap of $90 on transfer fees (great for large transfers). Remember that you don't have to own or be a business to apply for a business credit card!
Alternative Option: Any of the other Advanta business credit cards, such as the Advanta Customized Business MasterCard. They all come with a 15 month 0% APR balance transfer option.
The Best Credit Card For Purchases:
American Express Blue Business Card
Overview: The American Express Blue Business card provides you with 15 months of 0% APR on purchases. Remember that you don't have to own or be a business to apply for a business credit card!
Alternative Option: All of the others card issuers, such as Chase, Discover, HSBC, and Capital One top out at 12 months 0% APR on purchases. If you can't get your hands on the aforementioned card then I'd suggest getting the Chase Business Rebates Visa listed below.
The Best Credit Card For Both:
Chase Business Rebates Visa (No Longer Available)
Overview: The Chase Business Rebates visa offers 12 months of 0% APR for both purchases and balance transfers. Balance transfers are capped at $99. It also comes with a pretty nice rewards system (I have it featured on the best Business Cards page).
Alternative Option: Any of the other Chase credit cards listed on the 0% APR Offers page, such as the Chase Free Cash Rewards Visa. They all come with a 12 month 0% APR on balance transfers/purchases option.
